Packaging fee varies based on cake size, quantity, and the number of boxes required. Oversized cakes or orders requiring multiple/custom boxes may have an additional packaging charge.

Order Policies
Advance Ordering & Rush Orders
We recommend placing your order 7–14 days in advance. Larger orders, highly detailed designs, 3D cakes, and specialty orders may require additional notice depending on size, complexity, and availability.
Need something sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and may include an additional Rush Fee. Please submit an inquiry to check availability.
Payment & Order Confirmation
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after availability, design details and final pricing are confirmed. The remaining 50% is due at pickup or delivery.
An inquiry does not reserve your date. Your order and event date are confirmed only after Pastry Chef approval and receipt of the required deposit.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Rescheduling: Requests made 4 or more days before pickup or delivery may be accommodated, but are not guaranteed. Approval depends on the order size and type, preparation already completed, ingredients or custom décor/materials already purchased, and availability for the new date.
Large, complex, or specialty orders may require more notice. If preparation has begun or custom ingredients, decorations, toppers, packaging, or other materials have already been purchased or made, additional charges may apply.
One reschedule per order may be accommodated. All new dates are subject to Pastry Chef availability.
Cancellation: The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Starting at $20
Local delivery is available upon request. Delivery is calculated at $1.40 per mile, one way from Cumming, GA, with a $20 minimum. Final delivery cost and availability will be confirmed with your order.
